What does a live streaming company handle?
G Vibes Live plans and produces the broadcast: camera coverage, speech audio, switching between views, agreed graphics and playback, platform testing, monitoring, and local recording. We coordinate with your venue and agree who handles room audio, lighting, and screens before the event.
How much does live streaming cost in Austin?
Our streaming packages are Live Essential at $2,500, Live Produced at $4,250, and Broadcast Pro at $8,000. The right scope depends on the venue, schedule, cameras, crew, remote speakers, and delivery requirements. Your proposal confirms the final price and any venue or additional-service costs.
Can you work with our venue and existing AV team?
Yes. We coordinate the broadcast with your event and venue teams, including audio feeds, camera positions, presentation playback, internet access, and rehearsal timing. Venue requirements are checked before the final production plan is agreed.
Can we use our usual streaming platform?
Tell us where your audience will watch—such as YouTube, Zoom, Teams, or your event platform. We confirm access, account permissions, and the supported production workflow, then test the agreed destination before the event. Platform fees and licenses are scoped separately where applicable.
What if the venue internet has a problem?
The Live Standard includes tested venue Ethernet and bonded multi-carrier cellular. We review venue conditions, maintain a second delivery path, monitor the stream, and record locally. Redundancy reduces risk; no provider can guarantee uninterrupted public internet or platform service.
Do we get the recordings afterward?
Yes. Every bundle includes a local program master, separate camera recordings, slides, and clean audio, delivered within 48 hours and owned by you. Live Produced adds a chaptered replay. Broadcast Pro includes three edited clips. Other edits are agreed in your scope.
Do you offer captions or private broadcasts?
Include accessibility and audience-access requirements in your brief. Captioning, interpretation, registration, and private viewing depend on the chosen platform and production scope; we confirm the right setup and any additional costs before booking.
